Raised on a farm in Floydada Texas, Bob grew up with an understanding of hard work and making use of everything the good Lord provided.  This is obvious in his trademark piece The Cross & Thorn shadow box.  Bob uses items common to every day farm and ranch life to make truly uncommon and beautiful art.

Bob spent 14 years as an industrial arts teacher before being called to the ministry. Though a pastor Bob always considered himself a carpenter.  Now retired from the ministry Bob and his wife Barbara are busy with grandchildren and creating new and beautiful art to convey the message of Jesus Christ.
